This free, interactive 12-week program is designed for young parents with children up to 18 months old. It focuses on helping you strengthen your bond with your baby and gain a deeper understanding of early childhood development. Through engaging sessions, you’ll explore key concepts like attachment, temperament, and attunement — all aimed at building your confidence and sensitivity as a parent.

Music Circle – Encourages meaningful parent-child interaction and supports the development of responsive parenting skills.
Psycho-Education – Interactive discussions, group activities, and child observation help you explore parenting topics in a supportive environment.
Scrapbooking – A fun, creative activity that reinforces learning and personalizes your journey through the program.
