Volunteer
Nothing Teaches Hope, Kindness, Courage and Compassion More Than Helping Others!
Vita Centre relies on volunteers to help our programs run smoothly and provide the resources needed to help more vulnerable families in need. Our organization carefully selects its volunteers, and not everyone who applies will be accepted. Vita Centre takes its responsibilities with respect to our clients seriously, and screens volunteer applicants thoroughly. Our screening process includes:
- Preliminary interview by a member of our team
- Completion of our Volunteer Application – click here to download our application or click on the current volunteer opportunities below.
- Reference checks for successful candidates.
- A current (within 90 days) Vulnerable Sector Check is also required from successful candidates before they begin volunteering.
