Become a Board Member
Vita Centre is currently seeking new members to serve on our volunteer board of directors. The Board supports the work of Vita Centre and provides leadership and strategic direction. While day-to-day operations are led by an Executive Director, the Board-ED relationship is a partnership and the appropriate involvement of the board is both critical and expected.
Board members participate in setting the direction and policy of the organization to ensure that the needs of families and their children in Peel Region are met. In addition to participating in the development of long-term plans for the organization, attending and actively engaging in board meetings and supporting fundraising projects and activities are also among the responsibilities.
